God’s Perspective of Time – With Apostle Joseph Ziba
Seeing his days are determined, the number of his months are with thee, thou hast appointed his bounds that he cannot pass. Job 14:5 KJV
It is in every person to think that he has all the time. This is how God designed man: he thinks in terms of eternity since God set eternity in his heart (Ecclesiastes 3:11 NIV).
Although this is the case, it is important to bear in mind that life is determined and it’s too short. This is clearly stipulated by the opening verse above.
James 4:14 also says that life is like vapour which appears for a little time then vanishes away. This signifies that you don’t have all the time. Thus, whatever you want to do, do it now. Don’t procrastinate as there maybe no tomorrow.
God placed eternity in your heart not only for you to think in terms of eternity. He did that so that you may display that which is eternal (or divine) in the space of time. Therefore, make the most of your time.
Time is a gift from God therefore don’t waste it. God is not very much concerned about the time you waste. He, above all, is concerned about the divine assignment or event you are missing during that space of wasting your time.
If you waste time you’ll waste your divine assignment which is the key to your promotion and progress in life. Don’t waste time!
PRAYER
Precious Father, in the name of Jesus, give me divine wisdom and understanding of times and seasons so that I may know what to do and when. In that way I won’t waste time. Amen.
