The Concept of God’s Time – Monday, 17th January, 2022
”To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” Ecclesiastes 3:1 KJV
One important thing that you must ask for in 2022 is to understand the time that you are living in according to God. By ‘time’ I do not necessarily mean the clock or the dates on the Gregorian calendar, but what the year 2022 really mean with respect to God’s timing.
In the scripture above, you should be able to notice that God predetermined the time for every event or activity that happens under heaven. This means that when you understand God’s time, you become a master over events of life. In other words, comprehension of God’s time gives you the knowledge of the activities that can be done in that particular time. In the end you succeed in your endeavors since you prevent frustrations and avert failures.

To show us the significance of understanding times, God in the Old Testament, specifically anointed the children of Issachar to understand times. With such an understanding they instructed the entire nation of Israel on what they needed to do. As a result, Israel was not hamstrung and could not run helter-skelter at any point— not knowing what to do. (See 1 Chronicles 12:32).
You see, understanding God’s time is a secret for success and you need it right now!
PRAYER
Precious Father, in the glorious name of Jesus, thank You for this revelation of Truth. Open the eyes of my understanding, Lord, to comprehend the time that I am living in with you. I am not ready to live a wasted life. I am not ready to run to and from without knowing what to do. Baptize my heart with the understanding of times. Amen.
