The Gift of Time – With Apostle Joseph Ziba
”Redeeming the time, because the days are evil” EPHESIANS 5:16
Some people define time as the ticking of the clock. That’s a shallow understanding which has led many to misuse time. Consequently, they fail to achieve great things that God wants them to achieve in this life.
It is God who created time (Genesis 1:14). The Bible also says that God changes times (Daniel 2:21). This signifies that He didn’t only create time; but He is also in charge of it.
Therefore, I want you consider time as a gift from God for your existence. Take it as the “space for your existence” as granted by God. So use it well.
Don’t waste the “space of your existence” with worries, fears, complaints or some other evils unfitting a Christian. Rather, invest it in those good things which the Holy Spirit directs you to do. In that way you will live an exciting and profitable life both to God and to mankind.
PRAYER
Thank You Father for the gift of time. Would you help me by the direction of your Spirit to use it wisely on a daily basis. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
