But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33 King James Version (KJV)
The words from the Scripture above are from the mouth of Jesus. This is not a promise, but a statement of fact. Thus, if you seek the kingdom of God first ALL THINGS– Food, drink, clothes and all good things in the world– will be added unto you. What, then, does it mean to put God first? For one it means seeking God and His kingdom. This implies seeking God with all your desire and everything that you are—your spirit, soul and body. It means throwing everything that you are to God—your time or any other resources to Him.

Secondly, putting God first means following after a life that pleases and delights God. Make Jesus the centre of all you do and this will prove that you are putting God first and you will be amazed at how glorious your 2020 will be.
PRAYER
Precious Father, thank You for 2020. I pledge myself to seeking you more in this year. I am ready to be successful and prosperous in my business, ministry, career, family, job and all areas of my life for I know the secret– it is seeking You with my whole heart. In the name of Jesus. Amen!
