The Key of Knowledge WITH APOSTLE JOSEPH ZIBA
”Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.” Luke 11:52 King James Version (KJV)
I discovered that quite a good number of children of God are struggling in many areas of life because they lack knowledge in those areas. Actually God affirmatively says, ”My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…” (Hosea 4:6).
You must understand that, the fact that you are a child of God doesn’t necessarily mean that you won’t struggle in certain areas– God didn’t say that. For instance, if a Christian is deficient in knowledge in the areas of divine health, divine prosperity, finances, sin and others, they will keep striving in those areas. You see, the only key that will make you soar from the struggles of life is knowledge.
In reiterating the power of revelation knowledge Jesus in the book of Matthew 16 verses 17 and 18 when talking to Peter, who by the Spirit knew who He really was, said it is through the key of revelation knowledge that He will build His church. “And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not REVEALED it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and UPON THIS ROCK I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it”.
Can you imagine that? God builds His church on the basis of revealed knowledge. Do you know what this tells you? If you must lay your foundations deep and gain the mastery in any area: be it in your career, your health, your finances, your ministry, your marriage, your business, your work place et cetera make sure you pile for yourselves knowledge in that area. The scriptures say if you want to be separated from the commoners and be distinguished in life then gain understanding which initial inception is knowledge (Proverbs 21:16).
The Bible also says that: “And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the PEOPLE THAT DO KNOW THEIR GOD SHALL BE STRONG, AND DO EXPLOITS “(Daniel 11:32). Of course here the verse is emphasizing on the knowledge of your God, however, the key word is knowledge. Thus, if you want to be strong, valiant and a master in any area get as much knowledge as you can and you shall reap the fruit thereof.
PRAYER
Thank You Heavenly Father for the light from Your Word. Indeed the knowledge of You is the key for my progress and success in this life. I, therefore, commit my life to the studying and meditating of Your Word. My desire is to know you more. Because the more I know You, the more I will do exploits in this life. In the Mighty Name of Jesus. Amen!
