Yield to the Direction of the Holy Spirit With Apostle Joseph Ziba
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.Psalms 32:8 KJV
Direction in the realm of the spirit has two implications: instruction and guidance. Instruction refers to being taught or acquiring knowledge in a certain subject matter or area. Guidance on the other hand is being piloted on how something should be done. Guidance is also referred to as “instruction for the moment”.
God directs us in so many ways such as perception or an impression in our spirits, understanding and knowledge.
Under perception there are two “sense organs” which are important: the spiritual eye and the spiritual ear. This now is where the Holy Spirit comes in. He gives you guidance and instructions through those spiritual senses.
The Bible talking of the Holy Spirit’s role says: ”… he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come” (John 16:13). Simply put, He causes you to either see or hear what God the Father is saying.
If the Holy Ghost is continually guiding you the following will be the impact:
And the LORD shall GUIDE THEE CONTINUALLY, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not (Isaiah 58:11).
In other words, you won’t fail, you’ll be satisfied with God’s goodness: pleasures, successes and victories will become your life style.
PRAYER
Precious Father, thank you for the Gift of the Holy Spirit who abodes in me. Sweet Holy Spirit I yield myself to you from today onwards. May you guide me and cause me to do and be what God the Father wants me to become. In the name of Jesus, amen.
